Identity Data: Full name, date of birth, gender, photo (if provided). Contact Data: Email, mobile number, residential address. Health Data: Medical conditions, injuries, pregnancy status — special category data processed only with your explicit consent. Transaction Data: Payment history, membership status (card details handled by PCI-DSS compliant third-party processors). Booking Data: Class bookings, attendance, cancellation history. Technical Data: IP address, browser type, cookies. CCTV: Security footage retained up to 30 days.

Directly from you when you register, book, or purchase. Through Mindbody (our booking platform). Automatically via cookies on our website. From third parties where you have authorised sharing.

(booking and management platform); payment processors (PCI-DSS compliant); email marketing platforms (with your consent); professional advisors bound by confidentiality; law enforcement where required by law. All third-party processors handle data under contractual data protection obligations.
7. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS
Mindbody Inc. is US-based. Data may be transferred outside the UAE with appropriate safeguards including standard contractual clauses.
8. DATA RETENTION
Account and membership data: duration of membership + 7 years. Health data: membership duration + 2 years. Transaction data: 7 years (UAE accounting law). CCTV: overwritten after 30 days. Marketing data: until you unsubscribe.

We use strictly necessary cookies (cannot be disabled), analytics cookies (with consent), and marketing cookies (with consent). You can manage preferences through your browser settings or our consent banner.
10. YOUR RIGHTS
