Studio Comfort

Heat That Works As Hard As You Do

Our studio is heated with infrared panels — not your typical forced-air system, and not red light therapy either. Red light therapy can be a great tool for skin and cellular benefits, but only at very close range. Most research points to an effective distance of just 6–12 inches from the skin — far closer than the wall or ceiling-mounted panels you’ll find in most studios, where light intensity drops off quickly the further it travels.

Our infrared panels work differently — they heat you and the room directly, at the scale and proximity that actually matters. The result is even, consistent warmth with no drafts, no cold spots, and no stuffy air. Because there’s no air movement, there’s no dust, allergens, or airborne particles getting stirred up while you move, and the air stays naturally humid so your skin doesn’t dry out.

Beyond comfort, infrared heat penetrates below the surface of the skin — supporting circulation, easing muscle tension, and helping joints feel looser before and after class — a whole-room, whole-body warmth that supports your practice from the moment you walk in.
