We didn’t go looking for instructors. We went looking for people who see the body differently.
Building SKULP’D took time. Not because finding qualified instructors is difficult — it isn’t. Dubai has no shortage of people holding certifications. What took time was finding people who hold those certifications and something harder to measure: a genuine fluency with the human body.
The instructors we brought into this studio are experienced in the truest sense. They have taught hundreds of bodies — different shapes, different histories, different limitations. They know what a compensating hip looks like from across the room. They can hear hesitation in a breath before it shows up in a movement. They correct not because they spotted a mistake, but because they understood what caused it.
That depth of knowledge doesn’t come from a course. It comes from years of showing up, paying attention, and caring enough to keep learning. Every instructor at SKULP’D has done exactly that.
Formally certified in their discipline — Pilates, Yoga, Barre, or Breathwork — with recognised qualifications and ongoing professional development.
Years of real teaching behind them. Not hours on paper — hours in rooms, with real people, developing an instinct that only comes with time.
Trained to see, cue, and correct with precision. In every class, their attention is on you — not the clock, not the playlist, not the next cue in a script.
