High-intensity Pilates & barre in Jumeirah, Dubai
Two classes for when you want to work harder: Skulpd Sculpt, our high-intensity Pilates class, and Skulpd Define, our barre class. Both build lean definition, stamina and posture without heavy lifting or high impact.
Skulpd Sculpt: high-intensity Pilates
A full-body workout that blends light-to-moderate resistance, slow controlled movement and low-impact cardio. Using light dumbbells, bands, ankle weights, Pilates balls and your own bodyweight, we work through targeted blocks for arms, glutes, core and legs, all high reps and constant tension rather than heavy lifting. It pulls from strength conditioning, Pilates and yoga, so you build lean definition, stamina and better posture without the bulk or the impact. Warm-up, work, stretch. All levels welcome.
Skulpd Sculpt (warm)
Our full-body sculpt workout, done in the warm studio. The warmth helps your muscles loosen up faster so you can move more freely, with a bit more sweat than a regular class. Strength and Pilates in one low-impact session. All levels welcome. How our infrared classes work
Skulpd Define: barre
Your most challenging class, and your most rewarding. Define layers Pilates technique with barre intensity to sculpt and strengthen from every angle. Elevated in pace, uncompromising in form. This is where the work happens.
